Shipping Area
Airdrie Computer Ltd. ships within Canada only. We do not ship to destinations outside of Canada.
Carriers
Orders are shipped using Canada Post or UPS. Carrier selection is at the sole discretion of Airdrie Computer Ltd.
Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery times are provided for major urban centres and are not guaranteed. Transit times to rural, remote, or northern destinations may be longer. Airdrie Computer Ltd. is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Requirements
For fraud prevention and payment verification purposes, orders will only be shipped to the billing address associated with the payment method or to an address successfully verified through our payment processor. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails address verification. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at the time of order. Airdrie Computer Ltd. is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title transfer transfer to the customer once the shipment is accepted and scanned by the carrier. Claims for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments must be submitted in accordance with the carrier’s policies. Airdrie Computer Ltd. may assist in filing claims but does not guarantee carrier claim outcomes.
In-Store Pick-Up
In-store pick-up is available for eligible products. Payment is processed at the time of pick-up unless otherwise stated. Government-issued photo identification may be required. Orders not collected within a reasonable timeframe may be canceled at our discretion.
Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards and accelerated checkout methods such as Shop Pay (including supported payment options available through Shopify Payments). Payment authorization must be successfully completed prior to order processing.
Order Fulfillment & Inventory Availability
Due to inventory synchronization delays or system limitations, products may occasionally be oversold. If an order cannot be fulfilled, it will be canceled and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Customers will be notified via email once the refund is processed. Airdrie Computer Ltd. reserves the right to cancel orders arising from pricing errors, typographical errors, or inventory discrepancies.
Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping promotions, where offered, apply only to standard ground service within eligible Canadian regions. Free shipping does not apply to oversized, overweight, special-order, or remote-area shipments unless explicitly stated. Airdrie Computer Ltd. reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional shipping offers at any time without prior notice.
Governing Law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and applicable Canadian federal law. If any provision of this policy is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
