RETURN POLICY

Return Period
Returns permitted within fourteen (14) calendar days from purchase or confirmed delivery date. Proof of purchase required. After 14 days, all sales are final. Shipping and service fees are non-refundable.

Condition Requirements
• Like-new, resalable condition
• No damage, modification, or alteration
• All original components and packaging included
• Packaging intact and not defaced

Factory-Sealed Components (Strict)
RAM, CPUs, and select internal components are returnable ONLY if factory seal remains intact. Broken or tampered seals render item final sale unless confirmed defective.

Usage Restrictions
Returns may be denied for mining, commercial workloads, excessive runtime, or high-intensity use beyond normal consumer applications. Storage devices and GPUs may be evaluated using lifecycle metrics (Power-On Hours, TBW, etc.).

Final Sale Items:

• Opened RAM or CPUs (seal broken)
• Opened gaming chairs
• Opened headphones / microphones
• Software & special orders
• Custom liquid-cooling components
• Projectors & bulbs
• VR products & cell phones
• Batteries & bulk cable spools
• Printers & consumables (ink, toner, etc.)
• 3D printers & filament
• Thermal paste & compressed air

Environmental Handling Fees
Environmental Handling Fees (eco fees) are government-mandated regulatory charges. These fees are non-refundable and apply to products designated under applicable recycling regulations.

WARRANTY POLICY

Manufacturer warranty assistance provided for one (1) year unless otherwise specified. Refurbished and clearance items carry a fifteen (15) day warranty. Warranty claims may be denied for physical damage, excessive wear, or commercial/high-intensity use.

Limitation of Liability

Liability limited to original purchase price. No liability for data loss, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
